Infogrid is helping protect the planet and improve the lives of billions of people by making every building a smart building.

Our goal is to be the global provider for connected devices in smart buildings. We already handle millions of events every day from tens of thousands of sensors and we’d like you to help us scale that by an order of magnitude over the coming months.

Sustainability is at our heart; buildings account for 39% of global carbon emissions and we’re creating real solutions to impact this!

We are still early in our journey but have already achieved a lot; we raised a successful series A funding round, grew 5x in employee numbers within 12 months, and voted one of the top 10 most flexible places to work.

The role

Since Series A at the end of 2020, Infogrid's trajectory and hiring plans have been growing rapidly. This has just taken a further boost going into

2022 and so we are looking for a Senior Talent Partner focused on building our UK remote tech and product teams.

This role will be full life-cycle recruitment; you will have full ownership of end-to-end processes, working closely with the hiring leadership to scope the talent profile, design sourcing strategies, qualify and attract great candidates and ensure the candidate experience is second-to-none. We have the usual tools available and looking at new technologies, very early on our employer brand journey (very open to input!) and always looking for new ways to work better. Although in rapid scale out phase, our mission is really clear and has great engagement with candidates.We've more than doubled to ~150 employees in the past 12 months and looking to double again (or possibly even triple) before the end of 2022.

This would be a chance to join early and be part of the core Talent team as we establish our best practices!

Things we would love to see

  • Proven experience in a end-to-end recruitment role, ideally recruiting across technical/ Engineering functions
  • Experience in a rapid-growth organisation, where a flexible and agile mindset is key
  • Highly accountable against deliverables; making sure you do the required activity to support hiring goals and highly focused on outcomes
  • A true talent partner; able to work collaboratively with hiring leadership to achieve collective talent goals
  • Candidate manager; a competent interviewer, and advocate for candidate experience throughout our processes
  • Working experience of sourcing tools and market mapping, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
