Since the talks of our Series A start late last year, Infogrid's trajectory and hiring plans have been growing progressively. This has just taken a further boost and so we are looking to add a further Talent Partner focused on Technical (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product, Design).
This role will be full life-cycle recruitment. Our processes are generally set up, although many are still fairly new - so regular iterations/improvements are happening. We have the usual tools available, very early on our employer brand journey (very open to input!) and always looking for new ways to work better.
The team is currently made up of our People & Talent Manager and 2 Technical Recruiters (recruiting for another Technical, a Commercial Recruiter and a Coordinator as we speak).
