The role

Since the talks of our Series A start late last year, Infogrid's trajectory and hiring plans have been growing progressively. This has just taken a further boost and so we are looking to add a Talent Partner focused on Go-to-Market positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success).

This role will be full life-cycle recruitment, in some teams interview processes are established, whilst in others, they would need to be created. We have the usual tools available, very early on our employer brand journey (very open to input!) and always looking for new ways to work better.

We've grown from 12-75 employees in the past 12 months and looking to double again before the end of 2021. Continuing further beyond that. Team Talent is growing quickly to meet these expectations, with our Talent Operations function just starting as well as hiring multiple additional recruiters.
