LEGAL

We are an award-winning full service in-house Legal, Ethics and Compliance function. We're based in the UK, Russia, Portugal, China, Italy, UAE and the US. We provide leadership and advice on strategic projects across all business units, whilst developing our role as an integrated partner within the business to make sure FARFETCH goes from strength to strength.

LONDON

Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideas, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

The Legal, Ethics and Compliance Team at Farfetch is looking for a Paralegal, reporting to Legal Counsel (Commercial). You will enjoy a broad role, supporting the Commercial Legal team to provide high-quality legal advice and services across multiple departments and operational territories. Being a true partner, you will be hands-on and commercially minded, with a professional ethic with the interest and experience to pursue a broad array of tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide general support to the Commercial arm of the Farfetch Legal, Ethics and Compliance team on many daily matters.
• Populate and check template contracts and template letters (including NDAs, heads of terms and termination notices).
• Prepare contracts for signature.
• Assist in the ongoing management of the Farfetch legal commercial template database.
• Ad hoc legal research, including contract law and related regulations.
• Help with queries from important departments including Brand E-concessions, Business Development and Farfetch Platform Solutions.
• With guidance, ad hoc review of daily commercial contracts across our business.
• Manage contract capture and document storage systems.

WHO YOU ARE

• Excellent training; prior experience would be beneficial but is not necessary
• Enthusiasm for the Farfetch business.
• Organised, with the ability to handle time pressures
