 STRATEGY 

The Strategy team sets the long-term vision of the FARFETCH Group through strategic planning and by providing advice and support to teams across the business to achieve our important strategic projects. Overall, we coordinate with business units, functions and regions to create our strategic pillars, determine our goals, and ensure growth now and in the long-term.

 LONDON 

Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideas, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

 THE ROLE 

 WHAT YOU'LL DO 

    You will work within the Strategy & PMO team and support Senior stakeholders across the business to drive the integration of our invested or acquired companies into the Farfetch Group

    You will work with senior stakeholders to formulate, articulate, and implement the integration plan

    You will work closely with the Corporate Development team and key functions across the business to develop detailed integration plans, the operational framework, and identify key milestones/metrics aligned with the transaction value drivers and synergies plan

    You will lead the day to day integrations process managing key internal and external relationships, providing key insights, managing regular integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution

    You will work with key internal stakeholders to manage communications and change management related to the integrations

    You will manage the post-integration reporting and tracking process to ensure our target companies deliver to plan

    You will develop integration frameworks that incorporate prior experience and industry best practices across all key work streams

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have strong M&A integration experience either at a Consulting / professional services firm or in an equivalent internal integrations role
  • You have relevant experience in the Ecommerce, Luxury, or Technology industries (preferred)
  • You are confident working at senior and Exec levels, with excellent engagement, verbal, and written communication skills
  • You are comfortable working in an often ambiguous and continuously changing environment and are willing to make decisions and own results with gravitas
  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • You have demonstrated success working both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • You possess energy, drive and enthusiasm and have an excellent teamwork and flexible working style
