Job Description

As a member of the growing 11:FS Media sales team, our focus is to help our FS clients exceed their marketing goals by reaching our extensive, high-value financial service audience.

 

The Remit 

The remit is to understand and quantify prospect’s marketing business challenges to identify the ideal Media properties for sponsorship. Properties in the portfolio include: podcasts, digital events, newsletters, LinkedIn events and talks. You will create value-based (£’s) using the Media assets from the 11:FS portfolio that will deliver their business goals.

What you'll be up to:

  • Execute a complex, consultative sales process to identify client pain, develop needs, qualify.
  • Identify the most suitable Media solution (Podcasts, LI Shows, Newsletters, Events)
  • Execute end-to-end sales activities, leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders to build campaigns from a targeted prospect list.
  • Proposal management, forecasting, pitching and contracting. Ability to deliver six-figure partnerships.
  • Active engagement and participation in specific events as well as active productive client and industry networking. 
  • Track all relevant sales activity using the company's CRM platform (Hubspot).

  • Experience selling Media solutions (Podcasts, Newsletters, Events)
  • Proven 'hunter' (new business) selling skills
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of success in media marketing, digital services or technology.
  • Expertise in influencing across senior stakeholders to maximise the opportunity for 11:FS in terms of value, relationship and cross and upsell opportunity of the wider 11:FS proposition.
  • Track record of exceeding targets; recognition amongst peers, awards
  • Passion for working with emerging technologies and a desire to deeply understand and demonstrate value for prospects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with 11:FS team members
  • Passion, confidence and ambition to fundamentally transform the way in which prospects connect with their target audiences.
