ECOMMERCE

We're enhancing customer experiences across our digital touchpoints including our website, app, and email. Our team are experts in eCommerce improving customer experiences and brand presence whilst driving engagement and sales growth across our digital channels. Our teams include performance marketing, data analytics, CRM, organic search and optimization, design and studio creative.

Our London Head Office is based in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Ecommerce, Tech & Product, Brand Engagement, Buying, Merchandising and People more. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideals, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

The purpose of the Ecommerce Production Coordinator (3 month contract) is to operate and optimise the daily running of the product photo studio process ensuring seamless allocation of all eligible products with consideration of business priorities from our warehouses in the UK and the Netherlands to our studios in Porto and London. Managing the performance of the studio in adherence to their SLAs of 7 days from intake to online and 1.5 days from studio scan-in to last studio process through the use of dashboards and daily interaction and optimising internal processes that are an integral part of this chain. We are seeking a Production Coordinator who will work closely with the Buying, Brand, Digital Marketing, Merchandising and Operations teams. This is a great role for someone looking to enhance their career in ecommerce and being the point of contact between several key teams at Browns, our brands and across the Farfetch Group.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with the studio planning teams in both countries to ensure the correct capacity is in place to shoot all relevant categories that are currently in stock (RTW, accessories, fine watches, fine jewellery).
  • Main contact for the buying and marketing teams with regards to upload prioritisation of deliveries and launches
  • Report daily on studio, delivery operations and warehouse operations adherence to KPIs, offer solutions for improvement and measures to get back on track.
  • Provide automations at both the warehouse and studio ends in a way that streamlines processes, reduces time to online and retains the current visibility of the individual product go live cycle.
  • Flag items that have been delayed at any stage of the process and achieve a timely resolution to meet the target of less than 5% of items taking two weeks or more to go online.
  • Manage the Production Assistant and support on data quality tasks to ensure products are correctly raised in the stock system for digital production

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least two years' experience in a commercial studio production related role preferably within luxury fashion but not required.
  • You have the ability to spot efficiency gaps and propose scalable solutions
  • You are a strong user of Excel. Comfortable with large data sets and managing/creating dashboards.
  • You are a fluent communicator with senior stakeholder management skills, experience working across teams and to tight deadlines.
  • You are committed to deliver first class work every time, with a very strong attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure to solve problems and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
