We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager (internally known as Senior Specialist) here at INSHUR, pre-pandemic based in the UK, and currently 100% remote. You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories, including the US, UK and Netherlands, and new European countries and US States as we expand.

We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager (internally known as Senior Specialist) here at INSHUR, pre-pandemic based in the UK, and currently 100% remote. You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories, including the US, UK and Netherlands, and new European countries and US States as we expand.

Supported by the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll be joining a friendly team of 6 who believe in accelerating the growth of INSHUR worldwide by making INSHUR the go-to brand and provider of choice for professional auto insurance.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for developing an overall marketing plan for a dedicated market, identifying target audiences, key messages and campaign themes; creating and executing the marketing activity while ensuring consistency with the brand strategy and delivering KPIs across the marketing funnel. The role will have a wide remit and will be responsible for defining and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of offline and online channels and delivering ambitious sales targets.

You will be an integral part of the virtual growth team for a dedicated market, acting as the main marketing point of contact.

We don’t have a checklist of skills - our hiring process is much more around aptitude and passion so don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or checked off all the skills and experience listed below.

That said, below is a guideline of skills for you to take a look at that we think would make you successful in this role.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have strong experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital and direct response marketing
  • Have a track record of delivering commercial targets and driving lead generation through the marketing funnel and are comfortable with data handling and KPI reporting
  • Are a campaign expert with experience of delivering TTL campaigns; briefing and delivering creative, managing creative and media planning agencies
  • Are someone with a strong creative judgement and good copy-writing skills, a skilled story-teller with a creative eye and strong writing skills
  • Are commercially astute, love working with data and possess a restless curiosity for campaign performance, continuously striving to understand how to improve campaigns to drive leads, sales and ROI
  • Are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and managing a wide range of marketing tactics and experiments with a focus on delivering commercial targets
  • Have a good strategic vision and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity within a fast paced organisation
