Description
As our Operations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering consistent actionable tasks within our central Business Operations and People team. You will have ownership over cadenced assignments in addition to acting as a support on a wide arrange of people, operational and culture projects.
Responsibilities
- In conjunction with the People Operations Manager, run our weekly company all hands, show and tell and weekly cadence relating to company updates
- Purchasing, ordering, and management of hardware and software for new starters and through our internal order request system
- Assist with administrative onboarding tasks such as calendar invitations and 30/60/90 day check-in forms.
- Owner for our central source of truth documentation and updating. Ensuring the company has one version and updated company information at all times. Work with department ambassadors to ensure these are updated regularly.
- Full management of the ergofy partnership and monitoring
- Maintain our fixed asset register in conjunction with our IT Services Manager
- Create meaningful people experiences across the organisation by building team moments, such as celebrations, milestones, think Office Management but fully remote experiences.
- Own the collation of weekly and monthly people reports used for monthly management meetings and company wide communication
- Work with members of the People Team to execute events for a remote team such as company socials, quarterly summits, and calendar activities such as wellbeing weeks and show and tells
- Support the People Team in various projects relating to the people experience, EDI (equity, diversity and inclusion), health and wellbeing, and operational efficiency in scaling lean.
- Act as a key point of contact for service desk and operational matters
- Support the implementation of a continuous improvement mindset and ways of working across the people function and business
- Technology stack owner of: Ergofy, Slack, Gsuite
Requirements
- Experience in scaling be it people processes or operational ones
- Problem solving and organisational skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Passionate about business culture and growth
- Knowledge of cloud softwares and a passion for automation
- Data centric and highly analytical
- Experience with event management/coordination desirable
