Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager

Job Description

About you

  • You will have a proven track record of selling SaaS products into enterprise accounts, preferably within the learning technologies space, which will enable you to play an integral role in growing Filtered’s market share

  • You will use your sales and account management experience, public profile and network to influence and educate senior executives on the benefits of our solutions, to accelerate change programmes

  • You will be experienced in understanding client needs and proactively supporting and challenging their aims to ensure that each project achieves long-term success

  • You will be accustomed to navigating multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally and managing expectations accordingly

  • You will have the opportunity to grow in these areas and the flexibility to extend your skillset beyond to other areas that will impact business success

  • You love learning new skills and information to improve your own personal development

  • You will report into the Head of Sales as a member of the New Business Sales Team

Key responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle and be responsible for the first 12-months of success from pre-sales to sales to customer satisfaction

  • Work with the marketing team and the sales development representatives to create sector-specific campaigns, generating effective target data leading to leads

  • Develop and manage your own book of business, through a combination of your own prospecting, growing key enterprise accounts, driving and attending events, leverage of your network and driving warm leads to close

  • Tracking personal sales pipeline and monitoring outcomes to create reports and feedback for Board Review

  • Attend relevant industry events to promote the Filtered product, brand and philosophy as well as spend time networking with clients over dinners and coffees

  • Continuously examine and remake the sales playbook, in collaboration with the Head of Sales, as we mature the Filtered value proposition

Key skills & requirements (Technical)

  • CRM discipline and management (Hubspot)

  • Presentation skills and slide deck design

  • Email copywriting and occasional thought leadership

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • An awareness of the basic aspects of artificial intelligence technology

Enhanced maternity leave – You are entitled to take up to 52 weeks away from work. This is made up of: - Ordinary Maternity Leave (OML) - first 26 weeks - Additional Maternity Leave (AML) - last 26 weeks
Enhanced paternity leave – If you are a father, you’re entitled to 3 weeks away from the office at full pay. Two of these weeks can be taken in one go and the remaining week any time thereafter. Staff can also take their leave and spread it across a month provided they are working remotely at a minimum of 50% of their contracted hours.
Adoption leave – If you’re adopting a child, the same exact rules for both maternity and paternity, as above apply. There may be some additional formalities
Shared parental leave – You can take a maximum of 50 weeks as Shared Parental Leave and 37 weeks of Shared Parental Pay.
