THE ROLE

You will work as a Planner and Project Manager within the Online Merchandising team to coordinate marketing planning, homepage and Mega Nav updates, email briefing and supply tracking.

You will promote communication and workflows between Commercial and Marketing teams to increase the messaging and visibility of commercial priorities across marketing channels.

You will blend performance-based insights on customer demand and trends with a view of incoming supply to uncover opportunities that promote our fashion authority and achieve growth.

With the Senior Online Merchandiser, you will represent commercial interests in all interactions with Marketing teams and, similarly, act as the contact on all marketing activations for the Online Merchandising and wider Commercial teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will partner with the Mens, Womens and Kids Online Merchandising teams to gather their in-depth knowledge of seasonal trends, designers and categories to assist and inform marketing content planning.
  • You will brief in upcoming marketing activations, emails, homepage and meganav updates to the Online Merchandising team.
  • You will help partner with our supply channels to gather information on new deliveries and track products to support commercial and marketing goals.
  • You will partner with Editorial and Marketing teams to identify opportunities to maximise visibility and performance of our seasonal priority brands.
  • You will report on Homepage sets, categories and designer performance weekly and communicate results in Trade meetings.
  • You will review new brand submissions to Farfetch based on an understanding of the Farfetch Brand positioning.
  • You will improve and design clear procedures for managing the flow of information between the Online Merchandising team, Marketing teams and the wider Commercial team.
  • You will report to and partner with the Senior Online Merchandiser to achieve and lead projects.

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced project manager with an Ecommerce background (preferably)
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams across the business and aligning teams towards a common goal to promote fashion authority and commercial performance
  • Aware of the high-fashion luxury industry, including brands and competitors
  • Knowledgeable of the different Marketing channels, including their functions and planning processes
  • Experienced in using data to make balanced decisions that blend forward-looking trends and commercial goals
  • Passionate about improving efficiencies and processes to constantly evolve how we work with other teams across the business
