Form3 are looking for a passionate 2nd Line Support Engineer with an automation mindset to provide Desktop & Network support across Form3.

This is a predominately remote based role, with occasional trips required to our London office.

OUR TEAM

We have a small team of dedicated System Engineers who play a pivotal part in ensuring all operations at Form3 run as effectively as possible. We're now excited to be building out this team and are looking for a passionate 2nd Line Support Engineer with an automation mindset to provide Desktop & Network support across Form3.

This is a predominately remote based role, with occasional trips required to our London office.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Troubleshooting any user issues that may arise
  • Onboarding users and sending out equipment from the London Office
  • Vodafone management (adding new lines)
  • Dealing with end user queries
  • Managing incoming tickets (low volume)
  • Managing admin tasks in slack, zoom, Azure AD, Sharepoint
  • Getting involved in projects. In the past these have included Jamf Pro setup and deployment, Proofpoint email protection, Palo Alto network set up and currently anti-virus.
  • Learning how to uses the systems as listed above, identifying and implementing any improvements


ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience troubleshooting macOS & iOS
  • Experience supporting O365 suite
  • Basic understanding of organisational and security best practices
  • Logical thinking when troubleshooting
  • Have a positive outlook and a good sense of humour
  • Ability to stay attuned to new trends in the market and consider how they can be applied to Form3
  • Take pride in your work and enjoy working with people
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities sometimes change

DESIRABLE

  • Jamf Pro experience
  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu)
  • Shell scripting knowledge
