Whereabouts: Within CET +/- 2 hours, however we are currently building a dedicated sales team located in London so will prioritise candidates in the United Kingdom.
Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 | £90,000 OTE

Your mission at Whereby*
To build, scale and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives at Whereby, with an overall mission to engage and qualify leads and create a healthy pipeline for our Account Executives.

Collaborate with the rest of the sales teams on strategic sales approaches and ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.
Build our outbound SDR playbook
Manage a small team of SDR's
Hire and onboard more team members
Coach SDR's by listening in on calls, and provide valuable feedback
Act as a hiring manager for SDR recruitment processes, assisted by our team of recruiters
Work closely with Account Executives to identify ongoing strategic targets.
Contribute to team effort and play an integral part in creating smooth team processes.
