This is a phenomenal opportunity to join us in the Marketing Analytics team guiding growth and optimization across Farfetch. Reporting into our Head of Marketing Analytics you'll lead the direction of lifecycle marketing, ACCESS (Farfetch's loyalty programme), Customer and CRM.

DATA

We're a Data team that does it all: big data engineering, machine learning, and deep-dive analytics and insight. We're a diverse, global team who create Data solutions to provide an unrivalled customer experience. Whether it's churning gigabytes of ecommerce data, using AI to recommend the latest trends, or understanding our customers better than anyone else, we use data to promote FARFETCH's growth.

LONDON

Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideas, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

Are you looking for an exciting challenge? This is a phenomenal opportunity to join us in the Marketing Analytics team guiding growth and optimization across Farfetch. Reporting into our Head of Marketing Analytics you'll lead the direction of lifecycle marketing, ACCESS (Farfetch's loyalty programme), Customer and CRM. With a focus on understanding performance, deep-dives and root cause analysis, experiment, measurement and opportunity finding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will be an expert within marketing and lead strategic analytics to guide the direction and focus of lifecycle marketing to promote loyalty and retention.
  • You will lead, manage, mentor and grow an existing team of analysts
  • You will implement and evolve processes to ensure efficient ways of working to maximise output from the team
  • You will collaborate and build partnerships with our stakeholders
  • You will proactively identify opportunities and gaps, turn them into implementable solutions and build business cases to take these plans forward

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have experience in data and analytics driving Lifecycle marketing, Loyalty, Customer and CRM
  • You are commercially minded with the ability to translate our needs into technical requirements, and then storytell the data and insights back to the business with whys and so-whats
  • You are experienced in setting the direction of multiple projects with different stakeholders at all levels
  • You have built, managed and evolved teams
  • You are experienced in developing talent, both individual contributors and leads
  • You have analytics experience in customer behaviour, lifetime value, segmentation, experimentation and cohort analysis.
