We're now a team of 145 people across 5 locations (London, Manchester, Bristol and Swansea), and plan to treble in size over the next 3-4 years.

We are looking for a L&D Experience manager to join us. Reporting to the Head of People you will be responsible for both the day to day management, and the strategic direction of learning in the business. This will be Made Tech’s first full time L&D hire; so the opportunity to shape learning experiences will be all yours.

Job Overview

We are looking for a L&D Experience manager to join us. Reporting to the Head of People you will be responsible for both the day to day management, and the strategic direction of learning in the business. This will be Made Tech’s first full time L&D hire; so the opportunity to shape learning experiences will be all yours.

What does the job entail?

  • Partner with the Head of People in delivering the learning strategy for Made Tech
  • Analysis, design, delivery, and reporting of learning experiences that drive individual enhancement and business growth, using both internal and external resources.
  • Manage the L&D Budget
  • Find best value from suppliers
  • Mange the reporting of learning to the Leadership Team
  • Manage and ensure our internal Learn Tech programme delivers value to the business.

REQUIREMENTS

What we need from you:

  • Ability to create, manage and extrapolate learning data sets into actionable stories that drive business performance
  • Experience creating blended learning experiences with tangible outcomes beyond satisfaction, attendance and quiz scores
  • Experience working with leadership level stakeholders, by holding 1:1 analysis discussions and presenting data back to them
  • Experience of budget management
  • Examples of being both strategic and tactical
  • Experience of communicating complex solutions as simple actions
  • Experience running training sessions
  • Ability to describe the employee lifecycle
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills

Location

London, Bristol, Swansea or Manchester. Must be able to travel to one of our offices for meetings. Occasional travel to London will be required.
