The CRM Executive will support on the delivery of Farfetch’s CRM strategy across email and push marketing, working within a team to execute a plan that will deliver revenue and customer goals. Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager and working closely with the Loyalty team, they will have a specific focus on retention and lifecycle marketing, proposing and implementing activity that will drive long term customer value. They’ll have a test-and-learn mindset, and be comfortable analysing performance trends to optimise output.

London

Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. We have large open plan spaces and a feature staircase connecting our 3 floors, encouraging our collaborative and open culture. We also have a big outdoor terrace where we can have lunch and host social events when the sun comes out!

The CRM Executive will support on the delivery of Farfetch’s CRM strategy across email and push marketing, working within a team to execute a plan that will deliver revenue and customer goals. Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager and working closely with the Loyalty team, they will have a specific focus on retention and lifecycle marketing, proposing and implementing activity that will drive long term customer value. They’ll have a test-and-learn mindset, and be comfortable analysing performance trends to optimise output. 

They’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Creative teams to evolve the design and functionality of Farfetch’s retention communications, and with Analytics and Data Science to ensure a customer-centric approach. 

What you'll do:

  • Drive day-to-day planning and execution of CRM activity, with a focus on delivering Farfetch’s customer loyalty strategy through retention channels 
  • Plan, activate and optimise a tailored CRM communications plan for top tier customers, messaging relevant brands, categories and content themes to improve engagement and revenue metrics
  • Brief new technical features and tooling requirements into Product and Engineering teams to ensure a personalised customer experience across CRM communications
  • Leverage data to identify key customer trends, propose and run activity to target segments with relevant content and messaging
  • Work with Analytics team to design and manage robust test activity to support hypotheses for improving customer behaviour 
  • Support on forecasting and planning process in order to meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Measure performance of activity, build and analyse relevant reports, provide actionable recommendations and next steps from the results

Who you are:

  • Experience in an analytical CRM role
  • Experience of planning, building and executing testing programs (a/b, multivariate etc.)
  • Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Work planning and time management skills: ability to prioritize
  • Confidence in presenting to and working with senior team members 
  • A passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills including: 
  • Ability to analyse and communicate insights regarding key digital marketing metrics

    Ability to build performance reports

  • Intermediate Excel
  • Experience working with an Email service provider (preferably Responsy’s or similar tier 1 platform)
