Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. We have large open plan spaces and a feature staircase connecting our 3 floors, encouraging our collaborative and open culture. We also have a big outdoor terrace where we can have lunch and host social events when the sun comes out!

What you'll do

  • Manage admin processes across the employee journey for your business areas e.g. offer letters, contracts, reference letters, visa applications, leaver letters, performance review process.
  • Keep relevant trackers up to date, in line with compliance (where relevant), flagging deadlines to the People team when needed.
  • Give our new joiners a world-class onboarding experience, planning and organising engaging new joiner inductions and first day set up, collecting relevant documentation.
  • Manage the People Team inbox’s and respond to all queries within a timely manner.
  • Support with updating the current HRIS and processing payroll changes, and will contribute to the implementation of the new HRIS.
  • Organise and coordinate learning and development sessions, including administering prework, inviting attendees, booking meeting rooms.
  • Support with admin and compliance for benefits.
  • Create and generate reports and analysis where required, to enable informed decisions
  • Proactively find inefficiencies in processes and suggest enhancements and present proposals to leadership
  • Provide support for People team Projects
  • Maintain UK organization charts

Who you are

  • You have previous administrative experience within HR with a keen interest in progressing your HR career.
  • Knowledge of best HR practices and employment law basics.
  • Reliable and well organized, able to multitask and keep on top of multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Naturally collaborative, willing to roll up your sleeves and take on any task.
  • A professional attitude, a real pride in quality of work and excellent written and communication skills
  • Proactive and a problem solver able to suggest ideas for new ways of working
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills; proficient in Word and Powerpoint.
  • Adaptable, in a constantly changing environment.
  • Actively initiate self development
  • Confident liaising with all levels of the organisation
