We’re looking for a Sr Marketing Onsite Manager who will be building a new team in marketing, responsible for optimising the content and messaging points on the Farfetch Site & App, creating a measurement framework to analyse performance and working on experimentation to continually optimise the customer journey across these channels.  As a Sr Marketing Onsite Manager you will be building and defining the Marketing Onsite strategy across web and app and managing a team that is focused on the continuous optimisation and experimentation of the customer journey across these channels.  You will develop an optimisation strategy across our customer messaging and content that will deliver innovation and drive future growth across web and app and you will provide strategic insights helping the team plan and prioritise based on the business objectives. You will be working in a fast moving, multi-disciplinary environment. You will also work collaboratively and cross-functionally across many departments (Marketing, Product, Analytics, Creative, VM…) to address challenges and provide solutions.

What you'll do

  • Strategy
  • ● Define a Marketing strategy for web and app content and customer messaging.

    ● Ensure quarterly plans are defined and targets are in place . 

    ● Responsible for roadmap prioritisation and deliveries. 

    ● Build and set up a new team responsible for web and app content and customer messaging optimisation.

    ● Develop cross functional relationships across many departments.  

  • Optimisation
  • ● Work with the team to maximise onsite optimisation and navigation. 

    ● Monitor, analyse, and act on data to drive conversion improvements across all aspects of website touchpoints – from ad optimisation to brand messaging.

    ● Working with the Product team to implement site testing and reporting back on the best content strategy to support this.

    ● Research and analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities.

    ● Develop a thorough understanding of the customer and onsite UX.  

  • Measurement
  • ● Identify a measurement framework for web and app content and customer messaging.  

    ● Measure performance of onsite and app channels, build and analyse relevant reports and provide actionable recommendations and next steps from the results. 

Who you are

  • Experience in web and app content and customer messaging optimisation. 
  • Outstanding strategic and analytical skills, proven experience of setting up new measurement frameworks and ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver and prioritise between tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to understand and collaborate with a range of teams across the end-to-end user journey in order to increase optimisation.
  • Management experience – proven experience managing and developing direct reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to and working with senior team members.
  • Capable of identifying product features or requirements to improve effectiveness and innovation. 
  • Experience working with product teams. 
  • You have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have outstanding organisational skills.
  • You are able to work under pressure and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication.
  • You are willing to propose new directions, solutions and concepts.
  • You have a good understanding of the wider fashion industry.
