Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation, nurturing and conversion across organic and paid channels including PPC, SEO, email, social, website, offline events and others.
- Identify, test and implement new B2B marketing channels and continuously evolve our marketing plan.
- Management and optimization of the marketing budget.
- Collaborate with Product in optimising positioning and messaging and engineer solutions to increase leads and conversion rates.
- Design and implement tracking plans, reporting on marketing metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and BD teams to optimise sales cycles, operations and processes.
- Being hands-on with a wide range of analytics, marketing and automation tools.
- This role will report directly into the Chief Revenue Officer.
Requirements

- 2+ years experience in Marketing (experience in B2B, SaaS and/or EdTech is a major plus)
- Focussed and creative problem-solver with a curious and technical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider team
- Outcome focussed over output driven with a demonstrable track record of high performance
- Experience in running marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Adwords, LinkedIn is a plus
- Experience organising and running events marketing events, roundtables, seminars and symposiums
- Pro-active self-starter and enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on approach and getting your hands dirty to deliver on the results
