Marketing & Media

The 11:FS Media and Marketing team is home to leading industry podcasts: FinTech Insider, Blockchain Insider and Insurtech Insider. In just three years, we’ve built a thriving global community around our brand with a network of podcasts, thousands of videos and blogs, and dozens of owned events. Scope & Impact

  • You’ll create compelling designs for podcast artwork, blog imagery, email newsletters, conference collateral, external presentations, visuals for live events, animation storyboarding, t- shirt and print designs and more.
  • You’ll help to maintain and continuously evolve 11:FS and our media products’ brands, visual identity and how it’s applied across all channels.
  • You’ll work closely with leaders in Media, Marketing, Research, and Consulting to prioritize, plan, and execute on projects.
  • You’ll share your work and iterate on feedback from other designers and stakeholders across the company.
  • You’ll work closely with other designers and participate in and lead design critiques.
  • You’ll be an advocate for great design across the company.
  • You’ll work with other designers to develop your skills over time

Requirements

  • Has at least 3 years of brand or visual design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing their work.
  • Is a thoughtful communicator who works well with teams and is comfortable sharing and articulating their design decisions.
  • Is comfortable balancing multiple projects at a time.
  • Has strong illustration skills
  • Has knowledge of typography and layout, and preparing documents for print
  • Has experience in Motion Design, including use of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Is motivated to improve how we design at 11:FS, from leveling up our visuals to improving our process and culture.
