Scope & Impact:

  • Play a central part in our mission to unleash our talent whilst making 11:FS an employer of choice.
  • Support and manage an effective People and development function
  • To strategically partner with managers in the business to advise and consult
  • Hands on support of 11:Life, a project focused on creating an inclusive work environment where the 11 can do their best ever work


Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for compliance and governance through policies and best practice.
  • Analysing and interpreting the business’s needs to develop our practices and identify opportunities for alignment.
  • Empower and up-skill managers to be able to handle employee relation cases while still being there to provide support and guidance to all involved.
  • Champion a high-performance culture: coach, influence, up-skill and encourage leaders to provide clear direction, objective clarity, feedback and ongoing development.
  • Manage and resolve complex ER issues, including performance improvement, and address grievances, as appropriate.
  • Identify and frame human resources issues and solutions to business problems.
  • A dedicated support to the strategic leaders at 11:FS to advise and proactively anticipate their people needs.
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on ER matters to ensure the company operates in a fair and consistent approach. Mitigate against potential employment litigation and make recommendations to minimise the recurrence of issues.


Requirements

  • You are extremely organised, used to working at a very fast pace and juggling many different tasks. You are proactive and see what needs to be done.
  • Experience in people partnering with executives in a fast-growing business.
  • Comfortable with wearing multiple hats and creating HR practices
  • Able to influence, coach and drive impact through effective working relationships.
  • Experience of performance management, change management and leadership coaching.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and changing priorities.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence with a nurturing nature.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy changeable environments with the ability to implement creative and innovative ideas.
  • Able to act with confidence in a high performing culture, instilling trust in those you interact with, delivering well thought through solutions.
  • Natural ability to build relationships with people, you put them at ease and create understanding.
  • You enjoy variety and have a get stuck in mentality - no task is too big or too small.
