Job Description

The Role

At Flexa, we are on a mission to make finding flexible work easy. Currently, we are looking for someone to join our team and take responsibility for all digital marketing activity to grow our candidate base.

The successful applicant will be charged with owning candidate growth and retention; will be responsible for all our paid and owned media (Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram); will devise our CRM strategy and execute against it; and will play a key role in our consumer PR campaigns.

Additionally, experience in a start-up would be highly advantageous, but by no means essential.

Initially, this role would suit someone interested in growing our candidate base on a part-time basis as it is rewarded solely through equity, with a view to transitioning to a full-time role in the near future. The role is based in London, but can be worked with a great degree of flexibility. There is equity on offer for the successful applicant.
