Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our growing and talented team of digital experts to work on a range of client projects across the agency.
You will work on SEO, PR, Content and Conversion campaigns that help our clients engage with their audience, and capture their interest, playing a part in driving and converting traffic on our clients websites.
In this role-
Maximise and report on the impact of content for clients, within digital channels
Work with our SEO, PR, Conversion and Studio teams to define content pieces that have a real impact for clients
Show excellent skills in research and fact finding for content pieces
Be able to produce engaging content, which is well written, within brand guidelines, and is sensitive to the needs of digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO)
Champion and surface new ideas, trends and opportunities for clients
Help to manage the production and delivery of content projects, from idea generation to completion
Work with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the content produced takes into account all necessary disciplines, and isn’t 1 dimensional
Liaise and communicate with clients on a regular basis via email, conference calls and face 2 face meetings where appropriate
Excel in delivering quality content pieces that have a real impact
Be able to demonstrate an awareness of deadlines and the ability to meet them
Reviewing client feedback and acting on it in a timely manner
Hold an impeccable attention to detail
Plan content pieces and how they will feature on clients websites, including page structure, features and potentially wireframing
Have experience in a client-facing environment
Work with internal teams to maximise and amplify the content we produce for clients
The ability to pull people together to deliver comprehensive content pieces for clients
Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of content marketing
Be a self-starter, proactively spotting opportunities to share with the team
Skills needed-
Necessary skills are:
Outstanding English language skills, both written and spoken, with accurate spelling, grammar, and proof-reading skills
Experience using SEO research tools
Good understanding of how SEO works
Ability to manage work to set timings/budgets
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrate and ability to spot opportunities based on current events and react to the market
