The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Upscalers provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Upscalers is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

About us

We are a community of over 150 entrepreneurs and investors from different countries (mainly France and the UK, but also in Europe, Israel, Dubai, Singapore and the US), joining forces to co-invest in the world's most promising tech startups as well as expanding our global network.

Upscalers connects investors with opportunities to invest in, and connects founders with potential investors. Our goal is to create a worldwide community of tech decision-makers, and to trigger meaningful relationships between members through exclusive events.
