The flexibility of being able to work remotely is hugely attractive and important to me. As a result, I have been able to work from various international locations this year. The Wework all access pass ensures I usually have some form of workspace to go to as well. Fantastic benefit.

I feel sometimes I am managed a little too tightly for my liking - makes me feel untrusted. However overall it is satisfying work, with incredibly talented, hard working people.

The flexible culture is not just a tick box exercise it is a culture, a way of living that has yielded positive results. No matter the seniority or length of service everybody is treated with an equal opportunity to flexibility. And to be honest, people are always telling me how jealous they are of my job, company and perks!

I feel very well supported here at Peppy; having the opportunity to work from home makes work and family life feel much more balanced and I'm able to be more present for my son, which is fantastic. The shift times are set, but are generally ok as I can use my lunch break for school pick up!

I love the cohesiveness of the whole business and Peppy's shared mission and goals. There is a strong culture where Peppy's Founders and Seniors genuinely care about their employees' health and wellbeing, and work-life balance. Alongside this is a robust commitment to equity and inclusivity. I moved from the NHS to Peppy because I saw an opportunity to make a real difference to the experiences of new and expectant parents, but on a much larger scale. It's the best career decision that I have ever made!

Peppy is a brilliant place to work. You're trusted to get on with your work, have full support from your managers and have the perk of being able to fit work in with your plans too, so long as everything gets done. It's fast paced but your colleagues really look out for you, and senior management are visibly passionate about the mission.

Peppy is a super flexible company to work for, I'm given the freedom to work from where I want to (whether home or in the office) & also trusted to do my work in my own time. I love working with like minded people who are really supportive and willing to help whenever they can.

Having the open access WeWork pass works so well for me! It means I can work in various offices around London, the UK and Europe. This gives me the freedom to work and do the things around my working day that I love – various exercise classes when it suits me around London, meeting friends at ease after work, and being able to work and travel without using all my holiday allowance.

Peppy has supported me with my neurodiversity in ways I couldn't imagine! I am HSP (Highly sensitive person) and I am currently in the process of an autism diagnosis. I have always been supported: they never pressure me to go anywhere and they also listen to me and adapt to my needs. They even cater the food to me when I go to company events (which is fairly difficult because I have a few intolerances and also a lot of needs around textures, smells...) Having access to the Peppy app has also given me a peace of mind I have never had before: I have severe generalised anxiety and having Peppy helps me get answers for all my health questions. Without Peppy, those questions would usually end up in extreme fear after a Google search!

Introducing Peppy, the leading digital platform that helps employers give their people expert support for under-served areas of healthcare: menopause, fertility, pregnancy, early parenthood and men's health.

We help our users take control of their health by connecting them to highly-qualified, human experts on the Peppy app, anytime, anywhere. Services include instant messaging, group chat, video consultations, live events, and a library of resources.

We're proud to work with a wide range of employers, from investment banks and magic circle law firms to emergency services and retailers. We've also partnered with Vitality, making them the first private medical insurer in the UK to offer specialist menopause support as standard.

Flexible working at Peppy

At Peppy, being a flexible employer is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that providing flexibility to Peppy employees is absolutely essential to our continued success.

All Peppy employees have the option of either working fully remote (receiving a £600 allowance to set up their home office) or working a hybrid model (£200 allowance to set up their home office, plus a WeWork All Access Pass).

Our enhanced parental leave policy (6 months full pay), gives our employees the flexibility to choose the right time for them to return to work after becoming parents. We also have an adoption leave policy in place!

We’re completely open to where our employees are based in the UK and people regularly work from abroad while visiting family and friends, or just keen to take a break from the UK (for short periods of time).

All of our employees (and their family and friends!) get free access to the Peppy app, allowing them to receive personalised healthcare support, including Menopause, Men’s Health, Fertility and perinatal.

Although we have core business hours (9.30am to 4.30pm), we offer full flexibility and there are no defined log-on/log-off times at Peppy.

Our employees love the flexibility we’re able to offer, and it's so important to us as a business!

What do we think of Peppy?

Peppy scored highly in both their employer and employee benchmarking tests. Also, unlike many, their two scores were almost identical. This shows the the employees and employer are very much on the same wavelength in regards to flexible working. A very clear indication of excellent communication internally.
