At Papercup, we’re on a mission to make the world’s videos watchable in any language. We’ve invented a system using machine learning and AI that automates large parts of the dubbing process and uses synthetic voices that sounds like humans. This allows the likes of BBC, Discovery, HSBC, and Canva to reach a new global audience by localizing their video content faster than ever before.

Flexible working at Papercup
🤸♀️ We have a hybrid-working model, we allow our employees to combine onsite and working from home as you see fit, usually around 2 days in the office. We leave it up to you to determine your own work week.
🎉 We are a social bunch, and have team breakfasts on a Thursday, office drinks, and quarterly monthly events.
🏝 We strongly encourage you to take holidays to rest and reflect, that's why we opted for an unlimited policy.
🎟 We will cover all application fees and legal advice fees for working visas, support you through the full process and contribute towards any further visas required.
🐶 We love dogs at Papercup, we even have our own dedicated Paper-pup channel!
⏳ Our options give you equity and ownership in the company. Salary is important to everyone, of course, but options give you the right to buy shares in Papercup in the future, letting you partake in the upside of the company as we grow and grow and grow!
🚲 For you keen cyclists, we have a scheme to make cycling to work more affordable.
