First we assess the flexibility options OpenPayd provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure OpenPayd is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

Flexible working at OpenPayd
At OpenPayd we recognise the benefits of being a flexible employer, and we know it's the smart thing to do.
Working flexibly can can help us to spend more time with our families, work on our personal goals and all together have a healthy work-life balance. We work with a hybrid-approach (most of our employees will spend 3-4 days per week working from home), and the remainder of that time will be spend in our dog friendly offices. We do, however, offer employees the option to be fully remote for 2 months per year.
We also promote internal policies that make it easy for employees to make use of other flexible working arrangements.
