3-4 days per week at home
Our purpose is to encourage, support, and realise potential for our clients, our employees, and those less fortunate than us. We work collaboratively, empowering one another through solving challenges and delivering innovative solutions – and we’re shaking up how a traditional agency operates, too.
Today’s supply of data and information provides companies with endless marketing opportunities. Unfortunately, the true insights are often exclusive to agencies with confusing fees and lack of visibility. We believe in empowering in-house teams, enabling them to take full control of their own marketing success by providing transparency, demystifying the world of digital marketing and democratising data.
Flexible working approach
At Modo25, our purpose is to encourage, support, and realise potential for our clients, our teams and those less fortunate than us.
We understand that people need flexibility from their employer. That’s why all our full-time team members work a 4-day week, every week. We also let people decide where and how they want to work. Whether that’s in the office every day, at home, or a mix of the two. We want our team to feel comfortable to make their own decisions about their productivity.
Ultimately, we want to provide people with the right tools and opportunities to allow them to prosper and take control of their own future. From upskilling inhouse marketing teams to our international charity outreach, we empower people to better themselves.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Employee benchmarking score
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
"I feel very comfortable about working flexibly without having to worry about people thinking I'm not actually working. Management are more concerned with the work being completed and delivered to the client by the deadline, but trust everyone, even the most junior staff, to organise this in their own time when it suits them. Also love the flexibility of being able to work from home as much or as little as we like, which is useful when something crops up that you need to be home for, such as getting a tradesmen round, without having to worry about using holiday to book a full day off."
Anonymous Modo25 Employee
What do we think of Modo25?
It's rare that Flexas second benchmark test; anonymous employee survey, comes back to us and averages out to score +9 points higher than the Employer Test we conduct prior. This shows that the employees at Modo25 are even more satisfied and happy with their flexible working environment than their employer even know. This is a fantastic result and should really stand out to any potential candidates looking for an employer who puts their employees first.
