"Geckoboard is the healthiest work environment I've ever been in. We work around core hours of 10-4 with some people starting an hour earlier and others finishing an hour later. Unlike most startups where you work 9-6 without a proper lunch break. People can and to take sick days when they're sick and if you need a mental health break, that's ok too. Time off isn't questioned or judged, it's just the norm for people to take time off when they need to and we do have unlimited leave. All that might make you think we don't do much work but when I started here I was impressed with how much we ship each week.
