We’re here to change the industry, and we’re in it to win it. We’re incredibly focused, we boldly go out of our comfort zones, and we love doing what we do.
Frontastic is a fully remote distributed startup that was founded in 2017, we are the leading frontend platform for commerce with our mobile-first approach to the digital customer experience. Frontastic provides a headless front-end, separating front-end and back-end API-based cloud services. We empower business users and developers with the tools to create digital experiences together independently of programmers.
Flexible working approach
We prioritise flexible working amongst our staff, with all given the option to work remotely either from home (with a home working allowance) or in a co-working space of their choice. With an enhanced holiday allowance of 42 days, and options for part and full-time staff (40hrs FT), we don't set working hours and let our staff choose the hours that best work for them, around family commitments or hobbies. Our standard remuneration includes a laptop as we meet more than once a year (outside of COVID times) to work and have some fun as a team.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
What do we think of Frontastic?
Frontastic are at a very exciting stage in their development as a company and we're thrilled to be able to share their roles with you! They pride themselves on their diversity and transparency as a business and have a great team atmosphere with everybody helping and looking out for each other. As all of their employees work flexibly, they understand more than most exactly how to best support their employees remotely and have fostered a great workplace culture. This is a great time to get on board with them as they are moving full speed ahead!
