Flexible working approach
We recognise every single employee has different circumstances and situations and we make it an effort to accommodate this as much as possible. From those in our team doing Ramadan and therefore switching up their normal hours, through to our parents being encouraged to change hours if needed during lockdown in order to better home school their kids. Despite only 4-5 people in the team going into the office regularly over the last few months, we have just renewed our co-working lease, as whilst we want to give the team flexibility - our culture remains our number one priority and we want to continue providing everyone with the opportunity to come in - if they need/want.
