We are a recruitment company that specialises in hiring for marketing and digital roles. Founded in 2014, we strive to promote our values of kindness, ambition, respect, and enthusiasm throughout everything we do.

Our goal is to shape a recruitment experience that channels these beliefs through an efficient and professional process. By keeping both clients and candidates as well-informed and prepared as possible, we've been able to nurture some amazing relationships, which we also think are central to the great reputation 3Search now has.

Operating mainly across the UK and the US, we've set our sights high and aim to be a global consultancy that's renowned for sourcing the best talent for top companies.

We've always wanted to be in this part of London, as it's a really dynamic and accessible location, offering staff the opportunity and flexibility to work collaboratively or remotely.

Approach to diversity & inclusion

At 3Search, we understand the importance of embracing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and seek to promote the benefits in all business activities, both internally, and externally with our clients and our suppliers. Employers are increasingly recognising the importance of having a diverse workforce, and it’s now widely recognised that companies who have a diverse employee makeup have been found to outperform those with a more linear employee base.

We have implemented various internal practices as part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion to ensure that we are staying ahead of the curve of this ever-evolving area.


Firstly, we ensure that all of our staff are fully trained on the subject. We were the first recruitment agency to partner with Diversifying.io, a purpose led careers platform dedicated to helping employers that are serious about diversity and inclusion, in order to carry out full diversity and inclusion training. We hold in-depth interactive training sessions for all of our staff to empower them on the subject of diversity and inclusion, and to arm them with the knowledge to assist our clients and candidates.

We also conduct training sessions with our staff on how to broaden their search for more diverse talent and how they can adapt their search requirements to include usually under-represented groups.

Internal Recruitment:

Our internal recruitment team work hard to ensure all our recruitment drives prioritise hiring individuals from a broad range of backgrounds. We use Gender De-Coder software to ensure our website content and job descriptions are ‘neutral’ and do not discourage anyone to apply.

Diverse Hiring Process:

We take time to understand any neurodiversities of our applicants so that we can tailor our interview and screening process to meet their requirements. We also ensure that all applicants that get to the interview stage meet a diverse panel of staff at each stage of the process. Finally, we incorporate screening questions in our interviews to ascertain whether the applicant has a diverse mindset.

At 3Search, we work hard, but we work well; we are a team all rooting for one another. Nothing here is a competition, instead, there is lots of support, collaboration and we truly invest in our people and their development.
