    To make our services available to you and improve the delivery of our services. We anonymise any data that you provide relating to your ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability and pronouns and then use this data as part of data sets examining diversification in the work place.

    Contractual necessity or, in certain cases, consent – You choose to create a profile with us and determine the level of information that you provide us with as part of your account creation. We require certain details about you in order to provide you with information about potential job opportunities and other details we give you the option as to whether you provide them or not.

  2. customer engagement and management software providers such as Intercom and Hubspot;

  5. in anonymised form, Flexa may share the information with:
    i. any third party, in relation to the sale of some or all of Flexa’s business, or its assets, or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation.     ii. data aggregators and platform providers as part of an analysis of user metrics or sales performance; or
